School Calendar v 2.6
Universal calendar for teachers and students of high schools and colleges.
Students can easily follow their school diary, their duties and tasks to achieve. To plan time and eliminate overlapping of classes, the calendar lets you track a single pupil or teacher, a student group, class or group of teachers. The timing is ideal as a single reference point for information about courses, details, material, notes and comments.
The calendar has an automatic search option and the autofill information about a class if it has never been recorded in the database. For convenience, there are different display modes for the calendar. Reminders can help users never miss the class or important events. Teachers can see the payment details for any given date.
The calendar data can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook, exported to various formats such as Excel XLS, TXT text file, web document HTML, XML, etc.. for use in other applications. An automatic backup option is offered with the option to remove old archives automatically.
The calendar is protected with a password against unauthorized access. There is a cheap edition of the product for a workgroup that allows users to work simultaneously on the network.
